Dr. Sung Jin Lee has been President of Bukang Sems Health & Home Appliance Division since March of 2008. He helped launch Raycop as a global brand catering to people’s needs for a healthy home environment.
Dr. Lee’s journey toward his current role began in medical school at South Korea’s Hallyn University. He graduated with a degree in medicine and completed his internship at Kangdong Sacred Heart Hospital, but before choosing his specialty he realized that his true calling was in business. Lee enrolled at the Yonsei Business School and, after graduating, moved to the United States where he pursued an MBA from Duke University. |
After successfully completing his MBA in 2002, Lee joined global pharmaceutical giant, Johnson & Johnson, where he worked as a product manager for the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York region. Lee focused primarily on cancer-fighting supplements and won great praise for his success, based on his in-depth knowledge of medicine and his unending drive.
In 2004 Lee returned to Korea to join the family business. From this time he was instrumental in creating the Raycop product line of UVC anti-allergy cleaners, correctly predicting market demand and offering deep medical insight.
Lee’s vision is to grow Bukang Sems’ Health & Home Appliances Division into a global company that serves consumers’ health and well-being. He has led the company to success with the same care and compassion toward customers as a doctor has toward patients. |
